Between two growing cities — Arlington and Marysville — a corridor of untapped potential was waiting. Together, the two cities shaped a new vision for it in the Cascade Industrial Center (CIC), a planned overlay zone built to welcome the next generation of research, aerospace, and industrial enterprise. SmartCap Group set out to build something worthy of that ambition.
Design approach
The answer was a multi-phase, multi-building campus — economical to build, without sacrificing the elevated standards the CIC demanded. Concrete tilt-up construction was the natural choice: durable, cost-effective, and capable of meeting the design presence the new zone intended to inspire.
Results
What emerged is a business park for companies ready to grow into something greater. Polished office frontage meets expansive warehousing and manufacturing space — a campus thoughtfully composed for the diverse needs of the businesses that would call it home.
